Description
oldtimeradiotranscriptions store PLEASE CHECK OUT MY EBAY STORE FOR MORE RARE MUSIC FILMS AND OLD TIME RADIO TRANSCRIPTION DISCS! "THE DEAN MARTIN SHOW" 2-1-58 This is a excellent condition Original Network 16mm black and white kinescope print of the first Dean Martin TV show ever broadcast on NBC. Because this was Dean's PILOT SHOW, he had some very special guests. First we have his best friend and the greatest Singer in American history FRANK SINATRA. Next we have a great comedian and singer DANNY THOMAS. Finally we have one of the most beautiful and talented actresses of all time JILL ST. JOHN making her first ever TV appearance! What a incredible show and what a incredible line up! Dean and Frank both sing all their biggest hits. Danny Thomas does a great comedy skit as the misundertood Italian trying to make a phone call. The highlight of the show is where Dean, Frank and Danny all do musical numbers that have won or were nominated for Academy Awards. This incredible segment concludes with Frank singing "All The Way" which of course went on to win the Oscar for best song the very next month! It just doesn't get any better or any rarer then this for you Rat Pack fans out there. Furthermore the show was sponsored by Oasis and Chesterfield cigarettes, so we have Dean and Frank doing live on air Cigarette commericals! Priceless TV! This is without a doubt the rarest film you will ever find on ebay, except for maybe the equally rare 1957 Frank Sinatra Pilot TV show I have listed as well! These 2 16mm films are with out a doubt the two greatest and rarest TV pilots ever made and you are looking at probably the only original prints still in existence. Hopefully some serious Rat Pack collector will want them both, because they are literally like twin brothers that were separated at birth. The 16mm film itself is a excellent condition ORIGINAL NETWORK KINESCOPE and not a dupe or a reversal. There are no black lines, sprocket damage and not one splice! The film projects perfectly and comes on the original 2300 foot metal reel. It even includes all the original credits and lab leaders with original airdates! The cherry on the top is the original network film case, which I have included a picture of. The print runs a full 60 minutes and even includes all the original commercials. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY! CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY AND NO PAYPAL! I will not ship this one of kind and literally priceless film under any circumstances. All films are sold from one private collector to another. No rights are either given or implied. All sales are final. Check my over 8 year perfect record of buying and selling the rarest films and records on eBay and bid with confidence. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. Thanks for looking and Good Luck Bidders! SERIOUS BIDDERS AND SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY PLEASE! Thank you.
