SmallTown Entertainment has recently completed preliminary artwork for its “TAHARQA – WARRIOR KING” and Pharaohs of the 25th Dynasty animation series and showcases a few pieces of the artwork on its eBay ad (250267161708).   Sims’ says that eBay is used to market and sell pretty much anything in today’s society, and figures to use the company as an innovative way to give someone a chance to enter the animated movie industry and claim the title of “Executive Producer!”   About PHARAOH TAHARQA:  One of the greatest military tacticians of the ancient world and helped the Jewish kings in their resistance against Assyria. In 701 BC, the Assyrians massed against the gates of Jerusalem and the city’s embattled leader, Hezekiah, was certain that his city would be destroyed.  Then a miracle happened – and the Assyrian army retreated. The siege was abandoned because Taharqa, known throughout the kingdom for being a mighty warrior, advanced on Jerusalem. Overnight, 185,000 troops of the notorious Assyrian King & Commander Sennacherib were slaughtered. Biblical History (Isaiah 37: 8-9  II Kings 19:8-9) records this as one of ancient histories pivotal events.  It allowed Hebrew society and Judaism to strengthen and take hold as one of the world’s greatest religions. From Judaism, of course, would spring Christianity. Jerusalem would come to be recast, as a city of a Godly significance.    So sweeping was Taharqa’s influence on Egypt that even his enemies could not eradicate his imprint.
